How much money can you make if you owned MarylandComputerRepair.com and MarylandLaptopRepair.com? That is really going to depend on what you do with the sites. Keep in mind that I have so far ONLY been doing ONSITE work. I did not have a location where clients could drop off their repairs. I had to go pick them up, bring them back to the shop (or do them onsite), and then return to the client when done. If the only thing that you got out of the site each week were 5 paying jobs, and you charged $200.00 per job, you would be bringing in $52000 per year. If you have a shop or location that clients can drop off and bring to you, you will have many more oppurtunities that I did not have. I would estimate that someone with a physical drop off location could easily bring in well over the $52000 per year. This of course would depend on your salesmenship abilities when the client first contacts you, your labor rates, and the amount of repeat business that you maintain. Another word about potential income. If you have visited the sites yet you are very much aware that I am not graphic designer or web designer. ( click here for more on that subject) The current site is ugly. I am pretty sure that if the new owners clean it up a bit, make it look a little more modern, and improve the flow of the site, that the number of incoming leads will greatly increase. These improvments could make the $52000 per year look like chump change.
